RICHARD FERRIS
Pastor Richard with his wife Fredda
When my wife Fredda and I first arrived at Faith Church in 2005 we found it to be a warm and friendly place. As pastor, I've sought to maintain that spirit because I know friendliness is important in a church. Aside from making friends, I want to make sure you meet Jesus here, too. He’s taken Fredda and I on an exciting journey that I hope I’ll have the chance to tell you about. Fredda and I were married in 1992 and have three beautiful daughters, a son-in-law and a dog named Bo. I’m a graduate of Drexel, Capital Bible, and Dallas Seminary but I’m still a student of God’s word and sharing what I learn is what gets me up in the morning (that and a strong cup of coffee). You might be interested to know that I'm a local boy – born, raised and lived in Delaware County most of my life – so I love the people, speak the language and I’ll do almost anything for a soft pretzel. It’s great to be pastor of Faith Church and I hope for a chance to meet you soon!
CALEB KITE
Worship Pastor
Hey! I’m Caleb Kite. I am the worship pastor at Faith Community Church. I love serving God and the church through music, relationships, and hospitality. Here are some fun facts about me: I graduated from the Word of Life Bible Institute and Cairn University. I am a classically trained pianist (I play pieces by Beethoven, Chopin, and Debussy). I like outdoor activities including kayaking, ice skating, and swimming. But I equally enjoy playing board games and video games.
LINDA SKAER
Office Manager and Children's Ministry Coordinator
My name is Linda Skaer and I serve as the Children's Ministry Coordinator at Faith Community Church. I have been married for 28 years to my high school sweetheart Kevin. We have 4 amazing children and 2 dogs. I accepted Christ as my savior when I was about 12 and fully committed my life to Him when I was 17. Kevin and I grew up in Florida and the beaches there are our favorite place to be. So much so that we take our children for a week every single summer. Some of my favorite things to do include, reading, cheering on my children in the things they are involved in and watching football. Go Eagles!! I love spending time with Kevin and our children, and their friends, but what I am most passionate about is seeing all children come to know Christ as their savior, to grow in their understanding of God's word and to share that understanding with their family and friends.
MICHAELA LINDEMUTH
Youth Leader
When I first came to Faith Church I instantly felt like I was at home. I felt awkward as the Pastor’s kid but was instantly accepted into the many programs such as Pioneer Clubs and Youth Group. This allowed me to meet many kids my age and adults who cared. Since then, I married my high school sweetheart, Grant, right in Faith Church and now help lead the Youth Group thanks to the many wonderful faces that impacted my life growing up. I am an elementary teacher and have my M.Ed in Reading and am a Reading Specialist! When Grant and I aren’t hanging out with middle and high schoolers we love doing puzzles and trolling around for neat coffee shops around town. We hope to see you around soon!
GRANT LINDEMUTH
Youth Leader
My name is Grant Lindemuth, when I first attended Faith Church it was the youth group when I was in high school. I was welcomed and felt like I was a regular attender. It is my goal to make everyone who attends youth group feel as welcome as I felt when I first attended. It is exciting to see God work in the lives of our teens as this age is a very impactful time of our lives. A little more about myself...I married my high school sweetheart, Michaela. I enjoy spending time playing sports, doing puzzles, playing board games and spending time in nature.
JON FOREACRE
Chairman of the Elders with his wife Stacy
I have been married to my wife, Stacy, for 14 years and we have three boys ages 7 to 12. We have attended FCC for 19 years. We love FCC because its biblically grounded and service oriented. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and working around my house. Since I serve as the Chairman of the Board, my hope/goal for FCC is to deepen their faith in Jesus. I believe that FCC is growing because of our love for others. I look forward to seeing all the things that God accomplishes through FCC in the next few years. Please come say hi to me and my wife if you decide to visit.
